The primary responsibility of the Players Club Representative is to provide service to guests and specifically to guests at the Players Club desk, by enrolling them in the Players Club program. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations.

  • Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Explains the Mlife program in detail.

  • Effectively markets the Players Club program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members.

  • Evaluates members’ play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.

  • Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System.

  • Stays informed about all Slot Division activities and events.

  • Maintains general knowledge of the property as well as slot floor layout, mix, etc.

  • Inputs all player information into the database system and issues MLife cards.

  • Complies with all company regulations and policies.

  • Performs all other job related duties as requested.


  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.


  • Previous experience working in a face-to-face guest service position.

  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
